Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dark Revamp online gaming tournament platform ("Platform"), operated by the Dark Revamp Team ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, registering for a tournament, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

To use Dark Revamp you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• Have a valid Google account for authentication.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in the Philippines.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google sign-in credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at schorzen098@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are found to be operating in bad faith.

By registering for a tournament on Dark Revamp, you agree to:

• Provide a valid 8-digit Support ID for identity verification. Falsified IDs result in immediate disqualification.
• Check in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled match.
• Screenshot all match results and submit them to the assigned referee immediately after the match.
• Abide by the specific rules set by the tournament organizer for each event.
• Accept the decisions of referees and administrators as final unless a formal dispute is raised within 5 minutes of the match result.

Dark Revamp is committed to competitive integrity. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of cheats, hacks, exploits, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.
• Account sharing, smurfing, or impersonating another player.
• Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior toward other players, referees, or staff.
• Deliberate match manipulation, match-fixing, or collusion.
• Disputing results after the 5-minute window has closed.

Violations may result in immediate disqualification, prize forfeiture, temporary suspension, or permanent ban at the sole discretion of the Dark Revamp Team.

Dark Revamp operates an in-platform virtual currency system ("eCoins"). By using the wallet feature, you agree to the following:

• Top-ups: eCoins are loaded by submitting a GCash payment proof for admin approval. 1 eC = ₱1. Pending top-ups may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Entry fees: Entry fees paid in eCoins are non-refundable once a tournament begins, except as stated in Section 7 (Refunds).
• Winnings: Prize winnings are credited to your Winnings balance and are withdrawable to GCash subject to a 3% processing fee and a minimum withdrawal of ₱100.
• eCoins are not real currency and have no monetary value outside the Platform. They cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except through the withdrawal system.

• Entry fees for paid tournaments that are cancelled by the organizer before they go live will be refunded to your eCoins balance.
• Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament has gone live (started), regardless of early exit.
• Top-up credits are non-refundable once added to your wallet.
• Withdrawal rejections are refunded to your Winnings balance within 24 hours with an explanation.

Tournament prizes are awarded as stated in each tournament's prize breakdown. Prize distribution:

• Team tournaments: 1st place — 60%, 2nd place — 25%, 3rd place — 7.5% of the prize pool.
• 1v1 tournaments: Winner takes 100% of the prize pool.
• Prizes are credited to the captain's Winnings balance within 48 hours of the tournament being marked complete.
• Prize distribution among team members is the sole responsibility of the team captain.

Dark Revamp reserves the right to withhold prizes pending investigation of fair play violations or identity verification issues.

All content on the Dark Revamp platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, code, and branding — is the property of the Dark Revamp Team. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Game titles, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Platform (Mobile Legends, Honor of Kings, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. Dark Revamp is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.

Dark Revamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss of data, tournament results, or eCoins due to technical failures, server downtime, or third-party service outages (Firebase, GCash, etc.).
• We are not responsible for disputes between team members regarding prize distribution.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the platform's notification system. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
