Dark Revamp ("we", "us", "our") is a Filipino online gaming tournament platform operated by the Dark Revamp Team. Our platform is accessible at darkrevamp.cc.

We collect the following categories of data when you use Dark Revamp:

We do not collect your IP address for tracking purposes, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

• To create and manage your player account.
• To process tournament registrations and verify player eligibility.
• To manage your eCoins wallet, process top-ups, and pay out tournament prizes via GCash.
• To display your stats on the leaderboard and Hall of Fame.
• To send you in-app notifications about tournaments you are registered in.
• To detect and prevent cheating, fraud, or abuse of the platform.
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns (no individual tracking).

Your GCash number is only visible to the Community Manager for the sole purpose of processing withdrawal payments and is never shared with other users.

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication), which is hosted on Google's secure cloud infrastructure. Firebase is compliant with major international data protection standards.

• Authentication is handled entirely by Google Sign-In. We never store your Google password.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit).
• Firestore Security Rules restrict access to data based on user role — unauthorized reads or writes are blocked at the database level.
• Chat messages are automatically deleted after 48 hours (notifications) or when tournament chats are closed.

• Active account data is retained as long as your account exists.
• Tournament history and leaderboard data is archived at the end of each season and retained indefinitely for Hall of Fame records.
• Wallet transaction records (top-ups and withdrawals) older than 30 days may be purged during Clean DB operations.
• Notifications expire automatically after 48 hours.
• Upon account deletion request, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

As a user of Dark Revamp, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — update your username, avatar, or other profile information at any time through your Profile page.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by contacting us at schorzen098@gmail.com. Note: leaderboard records and Hall of Fame entries may be retained in anonymized form.
• Opt-out of notifications — disable browser notifications at any time through your browser settings or via your Profile page.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at schorzen098@gmail.com. We will respond within 14 days.

Dark Revamp uses minimal browser storage:

• Firebase Authentication uses cookies to maintain your login session. These are session cookies and are cleared when you sign out.
• localStorage is used to remember UI preferences (e.g., whether you have seen the onboarding prompt). No personal data is stored in localStorage.
• We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) that collect personally identifiable information.

Dark Revamp uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Hosting) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google Fonts (DM Sans typeface) — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN.
• GCash (payment processing for top-ups and withdrawals) — transactions are initiated by users directly via their GCash app.
• PostImages / Imgur (optional ad banner image hosting) — only used if you choose to host images there; no user data is shared.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

Dark Revamp is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at schorzen098@gmail.com and we will delete the account promptly.

Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent to participate, especially for paid tournaments and wallet transactions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users via the platform's notification system for significant changes.

Your continued use of Dark Revamp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
